These are the Sunat Muakad prayers that are highly recommended by Islam:
As a Muslim, it is indeed required to perform many circumcision practices as an added bonus to the obligatory practices. For a fact, there are some sunnah prayers that are highly demanded to be performed (muakad). The success of fulfilling it with consistency, sincerity, devotion and tawadho 'is promised with great rewards and virtues in the sight of Allah.
Among the sunat muakad prayers, which are highly demanded to be performed every day are:
1. Rawatib Sunnah Prayer (10 Rakaat)
From Ibn Umar ra said, "I keep 10 rak'ahs from the Prophet saw; 2 rak'ahs before Zuhr prayer, 2 rak'ahs after it, 2 rak'ahs after Maghrib prayer, 2 rak'ahs after Isha prayer and 2 rak'ahs before Subuh prayer (Fajr prayer)."

A'ishah ra in a hadith stated, "There is no nafilah (sunnah prayer) whose performance was taken care of by the Prophet saw more than two rak'ahs of prayer before Fajr."

There are scholars who say that the Fajar sunat prayer and the Qabliyyah Subuh sunat prayer are the same prayer, there are also those who think that they are two different prayers. Wallahu'alam.
2. Sunat Dhuha Prayer (2 Rakaat)
From Abu Hurairah ra, the Prophet saw said, "My friend (Rasulullah saw) has given me three kinds of messages; fasting 3 days every month, Dhuha prayer 2 rak'ahs and witr prayer before going to bed."

The time to do it is when the sun
is rising (after sunrise to before the sun is upright over the head).
3. Witr Sunat Prayer (1 Rakaat)
A hadith reads, "Surely Allah is witr (odd), and He loves witr. So practice witr prayer, O people of the Qur'an."
(Narrated by Abu Daud and at-Tirmidhi)
Performed at least one rak'ah before going to bed.
4. Sunat Tahajjud Prayer (2 Rakaat)
Allah SWT says,

"And in part of the night pray tahajudlah you as an additional worship for you; It may be that your Lord will raise you to a place of Praise."
(Surat al-Isra ': 79)
5. Sunat Taubat Prayer (2 Rakaat)
From Ali kwj, that Rasulullah saw said, "It is not for a person to commit a sin and then he gets up and purifies himself, then performs the prayer, and after that asks for forgiveness from Allah unless Allah will grant him forgiveness."
(Narrated by at-Tirmidhi) Man never commits a sin in a day.
It is best to do it before bed.
If calculated, the number of rak'ahs of sunnah prayers is 17 rak'ahs, equivalent to the number of rak'ahs of obligatory prayers. The purpose of performing the circumcision prayers is to 'patch' any defects that occur in the obligatory prayers that we perform.
Just as a torn cloth is patched with the same piece of cloth, so are prayers that are 'defective' due to our weakness and negligence are 'patched' with circumcision prayers.
