These are the Muakad Circumcision Prayers which are highly recommended by Islam:
As a Muslim, it is indeed required to do many circumcision practices as an additional bonus to the obligatory practices. In fact, there are some circumcision prayers that are highly demanded to be performed (muakad). The success of fulfilling it with consistency, sincerity, reverence and tawadho' is promised with great rewards and favors in the eyes of God.
Among the muakad circumcision prayers, which are highly demanded to be performed every day are:
1. Rawatib Sunat Prayer (10 Rakaat)
From Ibn Umar, may God be pleased with him, he said, "I observed 10 rak'ahs from the Prophet, peace be upon him; 2 rak'ahs before the Zuhr prayer, 2 rak'ahs after it, 2 rak'ahs after the Maghrib prayer, 2 rak'ahs after the Isha prayer and 2 rak'ahs before the Fajr prayer."
(Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)'
Aishah ra in a hadith stated, "There is no nafilah (circumcision prayer) that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, takes great care to perform beyond two rak'ahs of prayer before Fajr."

There are scholars who say that the Fajr prayer and the Qabliyyah Fajr prayer are the same prayer, there are also those who think they are two different prayers. God bless you.
2. Dhuha circumcision prayer (2 cycles)
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, the Prophet, peace be upon him, said, "My friend (the Messenger of God, peace be upon him) has given me three orders: fasting 3 days every month, praying 2 rakaats of Dhuha and praying Witr before going to bed."
(Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)
The time to do it is when the sun
rising (after sunrise to before the sun is directly overhead).
3. Witir circumcision prayer (1 cycle)
A hadith reads, "Indeed, Allah is witr (odd), and He loves witr. So practice witr prayer, O people of Al-Quran."
(Narrated by Abu Daud and at-Tirmidhi)
Performed at least one rakaat before going to sleep.
4. Tahajjud Circumcision Prayer (2 Rakaat)
Allah SWT said,
And during the night, pray with it as a supererogatory prayer for you; it may be that your Lord will raise you to a praised station. 79
It means:
"And in part of the night pray tahajud as an additional worship for you; Hopefully your Lord will raise you to the Praised place."
(Surah al-Isra': 79)
5. Prayer of Circumcision and Repentance (2 Rakaat)
From Ali kwj, that the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, "There is no one who commits a sin and then wakes up and purifies himself, then prays, and after that asks for forgiveness from God, but God will forgive him."
(Riyayat at-Tirmidhi) Man never commits a sin in a day.
It is best to do it before going to bed.
If calculated, the number of rakats of circumcision prayers is 17 rakats, equal to the number of rakats of obligatory prayers. The purpose of performing circumcision prayers is to 'fix' any defects that occur in the obligatory prayers that we do.
Just as torn cloth is patched up with pieces of the same cloth, so too are 'defective' prayers due to our weakness and negligence 'patched up' with circumcision prayers.
