This action is also unlawful at the expense of everything to gain mutual benefit.

After discussing about corruption, and collusion, the next is nepotism. Nepotism comes from the Latin nepos which means "grandchild or niece". Nepotism prefers relatives, close friends by good relationships by certain parties. For example, a person who has a high office appoint a brother or a partner to gain a job is not seen from the ability possessed.

Nepotism has been around a few years ago that is also happening all over the world. Nepotism can also be said to be an act of favoritism regardless of justice. This action also harms others.
