Proof of Prohibition of Drug Use
First: Allah Ta'ala says,
وَيُحِلُّ لَهُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَيُحَرِّمُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْخَبَائِثَ
Meaning:
"And everything good is lawful for them and everything bad is forbidden for them" (QS. Al A'rof: 7). Any khobits are forbidden by this verse. Among the meanings of khobits are those that have a negative effect.
