The Prophet Harun was Musa's brother and partner (partner) in his da'wah in inviting Pharaoh to believe in Allah, because of his eloquence and cleverness in speaking. Moses represented the affairs of his people to Aaron when he went to meet Allah on Mount Thur. However, Samiri spread slander inviting the Children of Israel to worship a calf made of gold. Prophet Aaron invited them to return to worshiping Allah, but they were increasingly showing arrogance. When Prophet Musa returned and witnessed what his people were doing, he scolded his brother Harun.
