Ibn Abbas r.a. said:
"That heaven has eight doors and gold decorated with various gems. On the first door is written the sentence: "La ilaha illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah." That is the door for prophets, apostles, martyrs and benefactors.
The second door is reserved for people who perform prayers, perfect ablutions and perform prayers.
The third door for people to pay zakat of their own free will (pure heart).
The fourth door for those who enjoin goodness and avoid evil deeds.
Fifth door for people who maintain their desires from prevention and bad desires.
The sixth door for people who perform Hajj and Umrah.
The seventh door for the jihadist.
The eighth door is for pious people, that is, people who close their eyes from illegal actions and things, do good, have noble character towards both parents, connect the rope of silaturrahim (love) and so on."
As for those who fast with faith and for the sake of God, a special entrance is provided for them called "ar-Rayyan" .< /span>
