THE END OF TIME is a period approaching the occurrence of the Day of Judgment. The news about the occurrence of the doomsday has been written in the Koran and hadith. Almost the signs described are already happening. In fact, it can be concluded that we are waiting for the sign of the great apocalypse. Ahead of the great apocalypse, there will be disaster and riots that will hit humans, especially Muslims.
Dajjal cursed will spread his slander to various corners of the earth. Rasulullah sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam recommended these four countries to live in. The reason is that this country is so blessed by Allah Ta'ala. Here are the countries recommended by the Prophet to be inhabited at the end of time.
1. Mecca and Medina
Mecca became one of the lands that the Prophet recommended to live in. Because this holy city of Muslims will be free from the cruel slander of the Dajjal. Based on the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, Allah Ta'ala guarantees that this will be guarded by angels from the slander of the Dajjal.
There is no country but will be trampled by the Dajjal, except for Mecca and Medina which will not. There is not a single passage from the alleys of Mecca and Medina, but there are angels lined up tightly to protect it. Then the Antichrist descends on a sandy ground (outside Medina) then the city of Medina shakes as many as three shocks and from these shocks Allah will expel every disbeliever and hypocrite (from Mecca Medina). 2. Yemen
Allah also prefers the country of Yemen compared to other countries after Mecca and Medina. The country of Yemen is nicknamed by Allah Ta'ala as baldatun thayyibatun wa Rabbun ghafur (a country that is safe, and always gets the forgiveness of its Lord). In addition, the Prophet Muhammad also recommended this country be inhabited at the end of time. At the end of time, Muslims will eventually become a war force. This has been said by the Prophet Muhammad shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam. From Abdullah bin Hawalah said, the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasallam said,
In the end the Muslims will become an army in war, one army in Sham, one army in Yemen, and one more army in Iraq. You should choose Sham. Because it is God's chosen country. Allah gathers there His chosen servants. If you can't, then you should choose Yemen and give it (your animals) to drink from the pools (in its valley). Because Allah guarantees for me the land of Syria and its inhabitants. (Narrated by Abu Dawud, Imam Ahmad, Al-Hakim, and Ibn Hibban. Judged authentic by Al-Hakim and Al-Albani)
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: The people of Yemen have come to you, they are the most soft-hearted, and the most tender-hearted, faith is in Yemen and wisdom is in Yemen." Tsauban's friend said, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, Indeed, one day I will be next to my well. Then I will prevent those who will drink from
my water, so that the people of Yemen can drink it first. I beat with my stick, so that the lake water flows for them. (HR. Muslim)
From Ibn Umar, he mentioned that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, once prayed: Oh God, bless us in Syria and in Yemen." (HR. Bukhari)
Then is there a prayer that is more efficacious than the Prophet's Prayer? The Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam even once praised this city in his words, "Indeed I really smell the fragrance of the grace of the Most Gracious God from Yemen. How many springs of mercy and wisdom emanate from there."
Allah Ta'ala also says in the Qur'an QS. Al-Maidah 54 which means, O you who believe, whoever among you is apostate from his religion, then someday Allah will bring a people whom Allah loves them and they love Him, who are gentle towards the believers, who is strict with disbelievers, who strives in the way of Allah, and who is not afraid of the reproaches of those who criticize. That is the gift of Allah, He gives to whom He wills, and Allah is All-Wise [His gifts], All-Knowing (QS. Al-Maidah 54)
The opinion of commentators partially states that the race mentioned above is the Anshor race. However, a stronger opinion about the identity of the race mentioned in the sentence above; as explained by Imam al Qurtubi in his interpretation, are residents of Yemen; His people were the companions of Abu Musa al Ash-ashyari, may God be pleased with him. In the narration it is mentioned: after this verse was revealed, several ships from the al Asyari tribe and other tribes from the country of Yemen, came by sea. They are the ones who contributed to the conquest of Iraq (through the Al Qodisiyyah war) during the caliphate of Umar, may God be pleased with him.
3. Sham
Syam is also one of the countries mentioned by Rasulullah SAW and received blessings from Allah. This country is always guarded by angels so that it is good to live in at the end of time. Lucky is the country of Syria. Friends ask: why? The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam replied: The angel of mercy spreads its wings over the land of Sham. (Narrated by Imam Ahmad)
The Prophet explained that Syam is the center of the Islamic country at the end of time. Later this is where there will be riots and terrible wars. In the end the Muslims will become an army of war: one army in Sham, one army in Yemen, and one more army in Iraq. Ibn Hawalah asked: O Messenger of Allah, choose for me if I experience it. The Prophet saw: You should choose Syria, because it is the land of Allah's choice, which Allah gathered there His chosen servants, if you can't, you should choose Yemen and give (your animals) a drink from the pools (in its valley), because Allah guarantees to me the land of Sham and its inhabitants. Al-Masih Dajjal will come from the east, he heads for Medina, until he is behind Uhud, he is greeted by an angel, then the angel turns his direction to Sham, there he is destroyed, there he is destroyed. (Narrated by Imam Ahmad).
