This is the story about Luqman which is told in the Koran, even his name is eternally fragrant, becoming one of the names mentioned in the Koran. Reading his name in the Koran, you will be rewarded with 10 good deeds per letter. What is Luqmaniy's method of preaching? Here are some things to learn:
1. Use good language, call people with good nicknames, don't use bad titles, as when Luqman advised his son:
And when Luqman said to his son while he was advising him, “O my son!”
"And (remember) when Luqman said to his son, when he was teaching him: "O my dear son..." (QS. Luqman: 13)
2. Teach people the most important things first, which will make them safe from the torment of hell.
My son, do not associate anything with God
"O my son, do not associate partners with Allah" (QS. Luqman: 13).
3. Invite people to think with common sense, teach them rules, not just tell people to duck without using common sense:
Do not associate anything with God. Indeed, polytheism is a great injustice.
"Do not associate partners with Allah, indeed, associating partners (with Allah) is really a great injustice". (QS. Luqman: 13)
Allah conveys many lessons from Luqman's advice to his son in the following verses. Hopefully we can continue next time. So, preach in the "Luqmaniy" way.
