Palestine End Time Scenario
That is, based on the hadith above, when Muslims have become aware that the Jews are sworn enemies that must be fought in the end, then this indicates that the Day of Judgment is near. Whereas the events of the war in Gaza yesterday clearly constituted a conflict involving the Jews on one side and the Muslims on the other.
There are still some Muslims in Indonesia who are concerned about the Palestinian issue. They asked: “Why should we pay attention to what is happening far away in Gaza? Isn't there still a lot of problems in our own country? We better take care of our country alone. As for Palestine, let's just let the others take care of it. We'll just take care of our business..!!”
Is it true this attitude?
My brother, the Prophet shollallahu 'alaih wa sallam has warned us that one of the signs ahead of the arrival of the Day of Judgment is that Muslims are fighting against Jews. A form of warfare that became very unique because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaih wa sallam described that at that time nature also took sides with the Islamic forces. The trees and rocks on that day were allowed by Allah to speak to the Islamic forces. Alam will tell the Islamic forces the position of the Jewish army.
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, The Hour will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews, so he kills him. Muslims until the Jew hides behind a rock or a tree, and the rock or tree says, O Muslim, O servant of God! A Jew is behind me, so come and kill him, except for the gharqad, for it is from the tree of the Jews.
"The Doomsday will not occur until the Muslims fight the Jews until the Jews take cover behind rocks and trees and then the rocks and trees say "O Muslim, O servant of Allah, this is a Jew behind me, come and kill him," except Ghorqod because he is truly a tree of people Jewish." (HR Muslim 5203)
However, there are important things that we need to note. In the hadith above, the Prophet shollallahu 'alaih wa sallam mentions that the war against the Jews as a sign of the approach of the Day of Judgment is a war waged by Muslims against the Jews. There is absolutely nothing in the hadith above to indicate that it is the Muslims who are fighting against the Jews of a certain nation, for example the Palestinians themselves. The war will be followed by all Muslims from various national backgrounds. So that even trees and stones when calling do not say: “O Palestinians… O Egyptians… O Jordanians… O Syrians…. hey Arabs… hey Malaysians… hey Indonesians… hey Malays…” NO, my brother…! When the ideological war was going on, trees and stones only called with one identity: "O Muslim,
If we look at the events in Gaza yesterday, we can see that practically the Palestinian people are fighting against the Jews alone. Nothing helped them. So this explains to us why Allah's help and victory have not fully sided with the Islamic Ummah. And Israel can walk around arrogantly carrying out such a heinous genocide.
So my brothers, this is where the obligation arises for us to be involved in showing solidarity with what is happening to our brothers and sisters there. Because if we don't care about what happened to them, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam threatened that we would not be considered as part of the Islamic ummah community..!!
Whoever does not care about Muslims is not one of them
"Whoever does not care about the affairs of the Muslims, then he is not included in their group." (HR Thabrani 7686)
We are today very helpless. We can only watch on the screen the massacre that happened to our brothers in Gaza. At most we can only pray, cry, send funds, medicine, food, clothes, write articles, send medical teams, journalists and humanitarian activists. But one thing is certain, we have absolutely no permission, opportunity and ability to participate in jihad shoulder to shoulder with Hamas fighters and other Palestinian faction fighters.
This indicates that in fact the war in Gaza yesterday was not yet a war as the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam indicated in the hadith above. The war in Gaza only involved some Muslims from one particular nation. It has not yet become a war involving all Muslims from various nations and corners of the world. Even though the Israeli side has reached the stage of involving Jews from various national backgrounds and corners of the world. This clearly has not shown the balance of resistance. Even though Israel has prepared all its citizens by intensifying the reforestation megaproject in the form of planting as many Ghorqod trees as possible...!!! Sometimes, they understand the hadith of our Prophet shollallahu 'alaih wa sallam better than some of us.
Not to mention that yesterday's war involved Muslims from various nations and all over the world, even the Arab governments of the neighboring country of Gaza have even collaborated with Israel..!! We see that the unity of the Palestinian factions is difficult to unite, especially between Hamas and Fatah, not for any reason. However, it must be admitted that some of Fatah's leaders, especially those currently holding formal positions in the Palestinian Authority, do have such close relations with the Israeli tyrannical government that inevitably the impression that arises is that they are collaborating with the enemy. The problem is that Hamas has strong evidence to justify this impression.
So my brothers, the Gaza case has at least made the world more aware in general, the Muslim community in particular, that fighting the Jewish nation requires us all to be in the united ranks of the Mujahidin fi sabilillah. And we are quite optimistic that even though this time the people of Gaza are alone in facing the military power of the Israeli Zionist Jews, at least there has been awareness and conditioning for the majority of the Muslim Ummah that it is not the Palestinian national bond that can solve the problem of the Israeli occupation's tyranny. Not even ties to the Arabs. But indeed there must be an Islamic spirit and network to solve this problem. Because this problem is essentially an eternal conflict between defenders of Truth versus defenders of Falsehood. The Islamic team is a representation of the ahlul-haq while the Jewish team is a representation of the ahlul-batil alias Hizbusy-Shaitan. Wallahua'lam bish-showwab.-
